The Home Health RN Educator assures high quality , policy driven documentation and education is accomplished leading to best practices and positive outcomes for our nurses and clients.

HOURS:

Part-Time 16-20 hours a week.

REQUIREMENTS:

Registered Nurse with previous Home Care experienceHold current and unrestricted RN license valid in VirginiaSuper organized and detail orientedExcellent writing and communication skillsAbility to get along with othersExcellent problem-solving skillsProficiency in Word and other like programs, operating computers and establishing work flow Working knowledge of private duty nursing preferredAdult/pediatric trach and vent experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The RN Home Health Educator will collaborate with Case Manager and Director of Operations to facilitate safety and assure positive outcomes across services lines.
