BrownWinick, a 90+ attorney firm, is excited to announce an opportunity in our Real Estate practice group:
Member-Level Real Estate Attorney (6+ years' real estate experience).

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-focused attorney who is a team player, passionate about real estate law, and eager to grow with a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior member of the Real Estate team, providing strategic counsel to clients on a broad range of real estate matters.
  • Manage and expand client relationships, including business development and cross-collaboration across the firm.
  • Train and mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the continued growth of the practice group.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in transactional real estate law.
  • Strong client service and communication skills.
  • Bar admission in Iowa is required (or eligibility to waive in).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tax credit and government incentive agreements and transactions.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts and subcontracts.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating real estate financing documents.
