The Opportunity :
AM Ravello Server Assistant (On-Call)
Who We Look For:
We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in our breakfast restaurant, Ravello who has prior experience in Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities :
- Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china , glass, and silver
- Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
- Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be available on Thursdays and Saturdays. Friday and Sunday availability is also preferred.
- Background in fine dining with an emphasis on high volume is preferred
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
