About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, outgoing, and reliable Bartender to join our team. Our bartenders don't just pour drinks—they create memorable experiences. You'll engage with guests, craft cocktails, pour beers, and help maintain the energy that keeps our bar buzzing. You'll also support the floor team by producing beverages for the entire building and ensuring our guests always have the best view in the house.

What You'll Do

  • Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and ready-to-drink beverages for bar and dining guests.
  • Create a welcoming, upbeat, and memorable bar experience every shift.
  • Read the room—adjust your tone, energy, and recommendations to fit the guest.
  • Host and manage guest viewing experiences, including changing TV channels and ensuring the right game is on.
  • Collaborate with servers and support staff to deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and prevent over-serving.
  • Execute opening and closing duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer styles, and wine service.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Must have valid food handling and alcohol service credentials (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS, RBS).
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and some mornings.
  • A great attitude, sense of humor, and teamwork mindset.
