Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our assisted living community with energy, purpose, and strategic insight. As the top executive, you will drive the overall direction, growth, and sustainability of the community while overseeing daily operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. Duties

  • Manage daily operations ensuring safety, cleanliness, and quality care
  • Lead and develop department directors across nursing, dietary, wellness, maintenance, and administration
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets
  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth
  • Foster a positive culture for residents and staff
  • Represent the community in local events and marketing efforts
  • Implement process improvements that streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Represent the organization publicly at events, conferences, and media engagements to raise awareness and advocate for our mission.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of senior management experience in assisted living or healthcare
  • Active LALD required
  • Strong financial acumen and regulatory knowledge
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110, $120,000.00 per year
