Marketing/Administrative Manager-will work with VRBO marketing department to promote high-end luxury summer rental complex

Candidate will monitor Vacation Rental requests from VRBO and Airbnb from their home

Candidate will maintain a MASTER calendar of Vacation Rental bookings, including clients from high-end real estate company, such as LandVest-primarily from May until September

Responsibilities include assisting renters with their lease and other rental agreements, such as waivers

Rental site is located on Chappaquiddick Island, and may include occasional site visit

Candidate will keep track of hours and be paid monthly

Subject to good results -This is a long-term SEASONAL position. Seacrest MV intends to add additional seasonal rental properties, which would increase the weekly hours accordingly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 14 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edgartown, MA 02539
