Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our busy family practice in Tempe. Qualified candidate will see an average of 18-20 patients per day. Must be able to provide excellent patient care for acute and chronic conditions for all ages. This is an opportunity to be part of a progressive and highly skilled medical team.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday. Average of 40 hours per week.
- 1 Saturday from 8-12 once a month. A half day will be provided following your Saturday shift.
Required Qualifications:
- Current ACLS and BLS
- Current Arizona NP or PA certification or license required
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an NP or PA. 1 year minimum if experienced in family or internal medicine.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Demonstrates knowledge and compliance of HIPAA regulations
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Must possess excellent computer skills and EMR experience
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Willing to evaluate respiratory patients in an outpatient setting
- Ability to diagnosis and manage acute and chronic conditions
Job Type: Full-time
