Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and driving brand growth through personalized interactions. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join us as Junior Marketing Associates.

Position Overview

As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for promoting products and services directly to customers in retail and community settings. This is an entry-level role that involves engaging with customers, answering questions, and assisting with the enrollment or purchase process. No prior experience is required—training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands through direct marketing campaigns in retail and community environments
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Assist customers with sign-ups, purchases, or inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow company and client compliance standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing and comfortable engaging with new people
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required
