What You'll Do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close residential and commercial roofing sales
  • Perform roof inspections and create accurate estimates
  • Own the customer relationship from start to finish
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and project timelines
  • Navigate insurance claims (Xactimate experience is a major plus)
  • Build, grow, and dominate your territory with full support from the Monarch team

  • Experienced in roofing sales and ready to win bigger
