Position Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier to join our front-end team. In this role, you'll create a welcoming experience for every guest while ensuring accurate and efficient transactions. Ideal candidates are dependable, personable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, efficient checkout experience.
  • Accurately process all forms of payment, including cash, card, and vouchers.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges per company policy.
  • Assist customers with questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area at all times.
  • Count and balance cash drawer at start and end of each shift.
  • Support fellow team members and assist in other store areas as needed.

What We're Looking For (KSAOs)

Knowledge

  • Basic POS and cash-handling procedures.
  • Store policies, product familiarity, and cleanliness standards.

Skills

  • Transaction accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Time management and organization in busy settings.

Abilities

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and adapt to changes.
