Role Overview:

The Warehouse Coordinator & Delivery Driver manages inventory of materials, tools, and equipment while ensuring timely and accurate delivery to job sites. This role combines warehouse organization with logistics support, playing a vital part in preparing and maintaining the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize warehouse inventory of materials, equipment, supplies, and tools.
  • Receive, store, and track incoming deliveries and returns.
  • Pick up orders and supplies from vendors, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Superintendents on the acquisition and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Support job site readiness by coordinating delivery schedules with project teams.
  • Deliver materials, equipment, and tools to job sites as scheduled, including gang boxes.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools for safety and readiness.
  • Follow all company safety policies and DOT requirements.

  • Strong organization and inventory management skills
  • Safe driving and equipment handling
  • Communication and teamwork with project managers, superintendents, and field staff
  • Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for tool/equipment maintenance

Travel Required:

Regular travel between the warehouse, job sites, and vendors in the local area with rare overnight travel to sites outside of Western New York.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience with trailer towing
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or construction delivery
  • Experience with construction project sites and site needs
  • Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment
  • OSHA 10 (will be certified upon hire)

Preferred

  • CDL
  • Vehicle maintenance management experience
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
