Requirements
  • You'll need to be licensed in Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health Insurance. If you're not already licensed, we'll provide the study materials and support you need to successfully earn your licenses.
  • Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable engaging with both new and existing clients in person and over the phone.
  • Proficient in computer programs and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.
  • People-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Skilled at multitasking with exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Handle incoming calls and proactively make outbound calls.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including assistance with insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
  • Support sales efforts as needed.
  • Conduct customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients on available insurance options.
