Mission

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety.

Job Description

• Provides project management and workforce direction for Rogue Blue SWF (RBS) Technical Team.
• Responsible for the planning, design, installation, engineering, testing validation, integration, packaging, and documentation of new IT solutions and capabilities within the RBS platform environment.
• Selects hardware and software components, configures networking and storage resources, and creates security policies.
• Leads team to identify and fix issues within the platform that could disrupt business operations or user experience.
• Supports RBS Manager in maintaining all RBS server, storage, and network infrastructure, including the timely application of approved cybersecurity patches, software, and software updates as required.
• Evaluates work of RBS technical team members, provides feedback, and sets objectives.
• Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education & Experience: BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of experience
• Required Certifications: GCLD or GSEC or CSSLP
• Required: Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation – ITSM Certification within the first 9 months
• Location: Onsite - Offutt AFB, Omaha, Nebraska
• Security Clearance: minimum Top Secret. Must be willing to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility. TS/SCI preferred.

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
