Professional office in the Seattle area seeks a well-rounded Technology Support Technician. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive end-user support for all technology needs, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Train users and troubleshoot computer and communication-related issues in real time across multiple sites.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain 24/7 support coverage.
  • Support a Windows environment with some Mac, iPhone, printer, and remote access responsibilities.
  • Configure and deploy workstations, phones, printers, and other end-user technology devices as needed.
  • Provide technology setup and support for on-site and remote events.
  • Travel as required, primarily within the Seattle area, with occasional out-of-state assignments.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting users running Windows machines in an Active Directory environment.
  • Passion for delivering an excellent customer service experience to clients and users.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Experience supporting Mac computers within a Windows domain.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including on-premise and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with networked print and file services.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting routine end-user issues using remote support tools.
  • Ability to assist with special projects involving technology components.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of thorough background investigation and reference check.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, in-office position based primarily in the Seattle area. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support coverage as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to work prolonged periods standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Compensation:

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Northwestern LLC provides a range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of things including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The starting pay for this position is: between USD $125k and $160k.
