Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Automotive Technician to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a high level of efficiency, promoting teamwork, and ensuring the expedient delivery of top-notch automotive services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Motivation:
- Provide an example of leadership to achieve high levels of productivity and quality service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Shop Organization and Efficiency:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop to enhance productivity.
- Implement and enforce shop procedures for optimal performance.
- Focus on Technology:
- Stay abreast of the latest automotive technologies and implement them into repair and diagnostic processes.
- Provide guidance and training to the team on new technologies.
- Vehicle Inspection:
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and assess mechanical issues, safety concerns, and areas requiring maintenance.
- Provide detailed reports on inspection findings, including recommended repairs and maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
- Personal Billable Hours:
- Consistently produce a minimum of 30 billable hours per week through hands-on work.
- Lead by example in delivering high-quality, efficient repairs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Vehicle Inspection:
- Measure inspection completion and accuracy rate of identified critical issues.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality repairs and excellent service.
- Training and Development:
- Assess and enhance your skill levels through training and development initiatives.
- Efficiency Metrics:
- Monitor and improve technician efficiency metrics, including turnaround times and completion rates.

Requirements ASE Certification in G series testing preferred
Proven leadership experience in an automotive service setting
Strong technical skills
