Step into a day on our Revive Service & Restoration team

You start at 8:00 am, truck stocked and route mapped within a 100-mile radius. By mid-morning, you complete a preventative maintenance visit, then pivot to an urgent repair at a cafe whose brewer just went down. In the afternoon, you help stage an upcoming installation and close out your service calls with detailed documentation. Your workday wraps at 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday — and you rotate on call after hours and on weekends so customers can count on us anytime. Occasional regional travel may be needed.

What you will do
  • Install, repair, and remove commercial coffee and beverage dispensing equipment across a defined regional territory.
  • Handle scheduled and unscheduled service activities, including emergency calls, preventative maintenance, site surveys, and new installs.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
  • Manage parts inventory, maintain appropriate stock levels, and reorder within replenishment guidelines.
  • Complete accurate service documentation: call closures, detailed work notes, time records, and invoices with required customer signatures.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing equipment installations.
  • Communicate promptly and clearly with customers and internal teams.
  • Share customer feedback and requests with management and cross-functional partners.
  • Adhere to service level agreements for customer programs.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet expectations and deadlines.
Education and experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of mechanical and technical experience required.
  • Previous foodservice background preferred.
  • Preferred exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and Tech Meter experience.
  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
  • Able to travel within a 100+ mile radius of the branch; regional trips may be needed.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
  • Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs frequently.
  • Comfortable performing both planned and unplanned service work, including emergency calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations.
