What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk in a professional manner, verifying identification and maintaining access control procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the location.
• Respond promptly and calmly to incidents and critical situations at the front desk, following established protocols and escalating issues as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor and contractor check-ins, badge issuance, and other security-related activities at the front desk.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related issues or emergencies.
• Assist with emergency response activities such as evacuations or shelter-in-place procedures as required by site policies.
• Remain alert and attentive to the surroundings, reporting any unusual behavior or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
