As a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Front Desk professional in a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for guests and tenants, providing exceptional customer service while supporting security-related operations. Your role involves monitoring access points, managing visitor badges, and assisting with alarm panel operations. You will use your communication skills and technology proficiency to help to deter security-related incidents and foster a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to occupants and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access to the premises by greeting, registering, and directing visitors, and verifying credentials as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations at the front desk.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal personnel regarding security-related matters and/or emergencies.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including alerting relevant personnel and following established procedures.
• Operate security-related systems and equipment such as access control, surveillance cameras, and communication devices pertinent to the front desk area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid security guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Familiarity with access control systems and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
