Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals You'll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. $85,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
- Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
Engage inbound leads with energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Build trust and guide customers through their shed-buying experience
- Communicate clearly from the first call to final delivery
- Take ownership of every sale without excuses
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics weekly and monthly
- Collaborate with teammates and celebrate wins together

Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
Two years of sales experience preferred (we'll train the right person with grit and drive)
- Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
- Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to crush goals
- Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking performance metrics
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
