Requirements Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair various types of industrial equipment.Proficiency in using maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety regulations, including but not limited to LOTO.Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Education/Experience/Certifications/LicensesHigh school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in Industrial Maintenance, a trade such as electrical, welding, mechanical, plumbing, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment.Typical Physical and Mental Demands/Work Environment: Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing facility and occasionally seated in an office.
