A leading U.S.-based venture capital firm is seeking a
Vice President
to play a senior role in sourcing, executing, and managing investments across early and growth-stage technology companies. The firm backs innovative entrepreneurs and disruptive business models across software, fintech, and digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and entrepreneurial investment team with a strong track record across multiple stages and geographies.

The Opportunity

As Vice President, you will take a leadership role in driving the full investment lifecycle — from origination through execution and portfolio value creation. You will work closely with Partners to identify new opportunities, lead transaction processes, and support portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives. The position offers meaningful exposure to dynamic technology sectors and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of venture and growth-stage investments
  • Oversee due diligence processes, including financial, commercial, and operational analysis
  • Manage deal structuring, valuation, and transaction execution, including negotiation of key terms
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance throughout the investment process
  • Partner with portfolio company management teams on strategy, growth planning, and performance tracking
  • Prepare and present high-quality investment materials to the Investment Committee
  • Contribute to the firm's broader investment strategy and thought leadership within target sectors

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, or private equity
  • Demonstrated track record executing transactions within technology or high-growth industries
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills with a rigorous approach to due diligence
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of interacting with founders and senior stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office Suite
