We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate / Assistant Manager to join our HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and delivering HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong project management skills combined with a solid understanding of HR processes and practices.

  • Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of HR initiatives and programmes.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between HR, business units, and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Continuously evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in project management
