As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following site-specific security-related procedures and company policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the residential location in a calm and problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Assist residents, visitors, and staff with general inquiries and provide guidance or directions as needed.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when their presence is required on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
