As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible and professional presence at the entrance, checking credentials, monitoring access, and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and guests at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous presence.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials and logging visitor information as required by site-specific policies.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific protocols for financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
