with deep hands-on experience in

Digital Employee Experience team
. This role supports an enterprise-wide Qualtrics transformation initiative, focusing on designing, developing, and optimizing large-scale listening programs.

You'll collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver advanced
survey builds, dashboards, automation workflows, sentiment analysis
, and
conversational analytics
. The ideal candidate is a
Qualtrics subject matter expert (SME)
capable of translating business needs into innovative, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualtrics development and consulting, including survey design, logic, and data analysis.
  • Build and optimize custom dashboards, workflows, and automated reports in Qualtrics.
  • Act as the Qualtrics SME—deliver demos, training, and best-practice consultation to enterprise teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Manage project scope, risks, and deliverables for timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Drive adoption and change management across cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years with

  • Strong background in survey research and experience managing listening programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site (Beaverton WHQ) with immediate availability.
