We seek a humble self-starter that takes initiative, is naturally outgoing, and is looking to work in an autonomous work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently barred Attorney or junior Associate looking to gain a lot of experience in a short amount of time on a collaborative team.

Requirements

  • A JD degree and barred in Massachusetts
  • 0-2+ years of litigation experience
  • Very organized and detail-oriented
  • Have a car to be able to attend court in-person as needed

Responsibilities

  • Attending District, Superior and small claims court both virtual and in person
  • Drafting complaints at the small claims, district, and superior level
  • Communicating with client and defendant contacts frequently
  • Managing and drafting outgoing and incoming discovery requests

Bonus Experience

  • Insurance litigation (Could be in-house litigation at an insurance company)
  • Subrogation
  • Barred in New Hampshire
  • Civil litigation
  • Advocacy Law
