Oil Express is a locally owned and operated automotive maintenance company with over forty years of trusted service. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all our locations and are looking for a leader who shares that passion.

We are seeking a Supervisor / Director of Oil Express to oversee the daily operations of our five Oil & Lube locations. This role is ideal for a motivated, organized, and people-focused professional with a strong background in sales, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage the performance of five Oil Express locations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and develop store managers and technicians to deliver top-quality service and maintain a strong team culture.
  • Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, implementing promotional strategies, and coaching team members on upselling and customer engagement.
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standards at every location.
  • Monitor inventory, payroll, and expense controls to meet company financial goals.
  • Maintain a focus on employee retention through engagement, recognition, and career development initiatives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, operational needs, and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with ownership and management to set goals, plan growth strategies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in automotive service, retail management, or a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Sales-minded approach with the ability to motivate others to achieve targets.
  • Proficient in managing multiple locations and priorities simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
