For more information about Draper, visit Job Description Summary:The Vice President and General Manager of Space Systems reporting to the President and CEO leads a transformation initiative to modernize the historic Innovation Factory, and align with growth markets. The Space Systems business area spans low earth orbit to deep space and everything in between and cuts across NASA, Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Commercial space communities. Job Description:Duties/Responsibilities• Develop, implement, and oversee the execution of a strategy that accelerates mission impact and growth of the space systems business that cuts across NASA, Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Commercial space communities. • Deliver on our program commitments to our customers with super customer satisfaction across cost, schedule, technical, management, quality, and communications • Deliver 5 year Integrated Business Plan and subsequent Annual Operating Plan (funding, revenue, profit, and cash) to include accurate quarterly forecasts with balanced risk and opportunities • Grow business development pipeline with qualified leads > 300% of the following years revenue targets that align with our market business strategies • Win new business by converting pipeline opportunities into new programs with win rate >75% and capture rate > 50% • Grow and develop diverse program management talent pipeline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
