Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, providing appropriate treatments and interventions.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans focusing on prevention and health maintenance.
  • Perform routine screenings and preventive health services, including immunizations and health education.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
  • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate health records in compliance with regulations.
  • Provide patient and family education on health management and wellness strategies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Previous experience in a family practice or primary care setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of a broad range of medical conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and holistic health principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Active DEA license and malpractice insurance.
  • Willingness to engage in continuing education and professional development.

It leaves the clinician free to tell us what hours they want to fill, full-time, part-time or per-diem.
