Field Service Technician - Salt Lake City, UT

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and timely service to internal and external customers to assure that our equipment is installed, repaired and operating to the customer's expectations so we continually reduce customer attrition.
  • Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure that the customer's needs are met.
  • Abide by and follow all Safety Policies and Guidelines of Storopack
  • Understand and Follow the Vision and Guidelines of Storopack
  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks as they arise.
  • Maintain an active role in continuous improvements.
  • Overnight Travel: Maximum 25%

Qualifications

  • 2-year Technical Degree and/or 2 plus years of Technical Service Experience
  • Prior field service experience is desired.
  • Valid Driver's License and Excellent Driving Record
  • Basic Computer Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Mechanical Ability – working with Hand Tools, Power Tools and General Mechanical applications to trouble shoot and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Electrical Ability – working with Voltage Meters, Amp Clamps and General Electrical applications to trouble shoot and resolve electrical issues.
  • Ability to read Basic Electrical Schematic and Engineered Drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
