Our team-oriented culture ensures every staff member is supported, respected, and empowered to succeed. We're currently seeking a dedicated Weekend Wound Nurse to join our clinical team.

Position: Weekend Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN)

Schedule:

  • Saturday & Sunday
  • Part-Time/Weekend Role

What You'll Do:

  • Provide wound assessments and manage individualized wound care treatment plans
  • Perform dressing changes, skin assessments, and preventative skin care interventions
  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and the Director of Nursing
  • Document wound care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal guidelines
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on wound care best practices
  • Help ensure compliance with infection control standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Active RN or LPN license in the State of Georgia
  • Wound care certification preferred (but not required)
  • Prior experience in long-term care or wound management strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent clinical documentation skills
  • Compassionate, resident-centered mindset
