Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled culinary professional to join our team as a Garne Chef/Pantry Chef.

This role is essential in delivering high-quality food service and ensuring that our dietary offerings meet the highest standards of safety and taste. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in execution as a Pantry Cook/ Garne Chef, and fine dining.

Responsibilities

  • Shuck fresh oysters, prepare appetizers, salads and desserts to Chefs guidelines.
  • Ensure food safety standards are strictly followed during all food handling processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service while serving meals to guests.
  • Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation and presentation.
  • Participate in wine, bourbon events as needed, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Support kitchen staff in various tasks, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Garne Chef/ Pantry Chef is preferred.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and fine dining service.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Experience in restaurant environments is mandatory.
  • Excellent knife skills and culinary expertise are highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation of meals.
