Brentwood, Tennessee, United States IVX Health Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Brentwood, TN
IVX Health is growing fast, and we're looking for a
Sales Operations Engineer II
to join our high-performing Sales Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your data and analytics expertise to shape the strategy, insights, and reporting that fuel our national sales organization.

We're seeking someone who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and strategy — someone who enjoys building scalable data solutions, uncovering trends, and translating findings into actionable recommendations that drive business growth.

About The Role
The
Sales Operations Engineer II
plays a key role in transforming sales and marketing data into actionable insights that inform strategy and accelerate growth. This position owns end-to-end sales reporting, optimizes data pipelines that support our Sales and Business Development teams, and partners closely with Finance, Marketing, and Sales leadership to provide a clear, accurate view of performance metrics and opportunities for improvement.

Success in this role means delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reporting; developing efficient, scalable data processes using tools such as SQL and Tableau; and collaborating cross-functionally to turn insights into business actions that enhance performance and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Design, enhance, and maintain dashboards that measure sales productivity, funnel health, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Develop and optimize SQL-based queries, stored procedures, and views within our Azure Data Warehouse to deliver reliable, high-quality data.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to analyze trends, forecast performance, and identify key drivers of growth and efficiency.
  • Translate data findings into concise, actionable insights and executive-ready reports.
  • Support quarterly planning and performance reviews through advanced analysis of pipeline velocity, customer acquisition, and account-level metrics.
  • Ensure governance, accuracy, and version control of core sales reports and metrics across Tableau and internal systems.
  • Proactively automate recurring reporting needs and streamline data flows between Salesforce, Tableau, and other key systems.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented professional who combines technical expertise with strong business acumen. You might be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations (healthcare or service industry preferred)
  • Strong SQL development and optimization skills in Azure or similar cloud environments
  • Proficiency with Tableau (preferred) or Power BI for enterprise reporting and visualization
  • Experience managing or supporting CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of key sales metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and lead-to-close efficiency
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
