Job Summary

Engauge Workforce Solutions is seeking a hands-on
Marketing & Digital Branding Lead
to support a manufacturing client in Midland, MI. This role is ideal for a
"do-er"
—someone approachable, organized, and focused on
executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels
, driving brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting sales growth. The specialist will collaborate closely with product line managers and work with one assistant to deliver measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute
    multi-channel marketing campaigns
    (social media, email, digital content, paid channels).
  • Maintain and update
    WordPress websites
    and other digital assets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute
    trade shows, booth setups, and customer events
    .
  • Support
    lead generation efforts
    in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using
    Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and other tools
    .
  • Conduct marketing
    SWOT analyses
    and implement process improvements.
  • Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Create clear, compelling marketing content, translating technical product knowledge for broader audiences.
  • Travel occasionally for company-paid domestic and international events (e.g., Netherlands, Philippines, Singapore).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years
    of marketing experience, including
    3+ years supporting manufacturing or industrial clients
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    multi-channel campaign execution
    , content creation, and lead generation.
  • Proficiency with
    WordPress, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
    .
  • Experience coordinating
    events, trade shows, and promotional activities
    .
  • Comfortable implementing strategy while maintaining
    execution-focused approach
    .
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Approachable, decisive, and willing to travel occasionally (domestic/international).

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • On-site at the client location in Midland, MI; full-time, 40–45 hours/week.
  • Occasional travel may be required; company covers travel expenses.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs. and perform routine physical activities.
  • Flexible schedule as needed to meet business priorities, including occasional evenings or weekends.
