About the Role

We're looking for a
mid-level Application Programmer Analyst
with strong experience in
Salesforce integrations
and
.NET development
to support the Executive Education program systems at Ross.

In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Salesforce Technical Lead, business analysts, and application development teams to design, develop, and test complex integrations across Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and test
    complex Salesforce integrations
    and related enterprise data systems
  • Collaborate with technical leads, BAs, and cross-functional development teams
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including:
  • Functional scope documents
  • Data flow diagrams
  • UI wireframes
  • QA/test plans
  • Manage development deliverables, timelines, deployments, and installation activities
  • Provide
    end-user training
    and ongoing support as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong
    .NET/C# development
    experience with knowledge of object-oriented programming
  • 3–5 years of professional programming or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to an inclusive work environment
