  • Drive ideation workshops and co-creation sessions with consumers, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Lead concept testing, claims validation, pack validation, and sensory / product testing with insights partners.
  • Own NPD projects from concept to launch working closely with the cross-functional team (Science Hub, Finance, M&S, Legal, Regulatory, Design, Procurement, Project Management, etc.) to identify the best solution of product, pack and execution.
  • Be accountable for the successful delivery of strategic initiatives through the business gate cycle and commercial targets. Manage timelines, budgets, and governance documentation in line with global innovation processes.
  • Ensure consistency of innovation with brand architecture, positioning, and design principles.
  • Define launch plans in coordination with the Brand Team and Zone Leads (NA, EULA, ASEA, LATAM, India) and post-launch evaluation with actionable insights to build learnings into future plans.
  • Identify renovation, commercial innovation, manufacturing efficiencies, and sustainability initiatives to drive brand growth and expansion.
  • Prepare materials for internal reviews and senior leadership presentations to gain alignment.
