Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following

  • Ensure all operations follow all legal and regulatory requirements, including air and water quality, permit conditions, dumpsite policies and MSHA, OSHA
  • Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed
  • Work day-to-day with frontline and crew leaders providing overall guidance and direction while promoting the individual development of all team members
  • Ensure that quality of all materials exceeds customer expectations
  • Work area will be multiple locations throughout Southern Oregon and will involve travel and some overnight stays
  • Will coordinate and plan permit requirements, mine planning, aggregate production scheduling, work daily with Aggregate Division Operations Manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Safety first attitude required
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Working knowledge of crushing, washing aggregates
  • Working knowledge of mine planning, stripping and extraction
  • Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft excel
  • Requires high degree of skills in planning, organizing, supervising, communication and observation
  • A valid driver license in good standing
  • Ability to pass a criminal background, drug screen, and functional testing
