Position Overview

We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping guide their purchases, answer questions, and create a positive experience that keeps them coming back.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in-store
  • Provide accurate product information and recommendations
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately
  • Manage inventory and restock shelves as needed
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Must be 21+ and meet state cannabis employment requirements
  • Basic math and computer skills
