What You'll Do

As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for executing high-quality dishes with precision, consistency, and speed. You'll be part of a culinary team that takes pride in preparing scratch-made food and creating memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work areas
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly with team members and follow kitchen leadership direction
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen closing duties as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in a line cook or back-of-house role preferred
  • Passion for cooking and working with quality ingredients
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety
  • Ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts
  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
