Rench'n Complete Auto Care & Custom Exhaust is growing and looking for Senior Service Bay Technicians to join our locally owned and operated Service Center. About the Position

You'll work alongside an experienced crew of automotive professionals committed to getting repairs done right the first time—not just quickly. This role includes diagnosing and repairing cars and trucks, assisting service advisors, and helping maintain smooth daily shop operations. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to showcase your technical skills and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain all makes and models of vehicles
  • Perform inspections, tune-ups, and advanced diagnostics (HVAC, brakes, suspension, tires, transmissions, etc.)
  • Mentor and assist other technicians and service advisors
  • Maintain accurate records, invoices, and repair orders
  • Uphold Rench'n's high standards of workmanship, safety, and integrity
  • Occasionally support day-to-day service department operations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of two years of automotive technician, writer, or advisor experience (management experience preferred)
  • Strong technical and diagnostic knowledge
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Welding and exhaust fabrication experience is a plus
  • Must have your own tools - Workable
