Saint Charles, Missouri, United States Step By Step Counseling, LLC Full time

Join Our Team:

Our IOP program is specifically looking for a part time therapist who's primary role is a therapist in our IOP program. Our IOP program serves kids ages 5-11 yrs old. We are open to a therapist doing IOP and part time 1:1 outpatient therapy to put a clinician at full time, to qualify for health insurance.

Our IOP program has clients (kids) on site 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays) for 3 hours each day (2pm-5pm). Additional hours could be obtained by helping with intakes/assessments for IOP.

(Future growth plan is to add a morning section from 8-11am as well)

IOP Therapists would be working along side another child therapist, to lower the emotional weight and documentation responsibilities. IOP therapists provide group support, family counseling, parent coaching and general weekly consultation.

Our office is also looking for a child therapist to facilitate a few of our child groups as well.
