About Foam Brewers

Foam Brewers is an independent craft brewery based in Burlington, Vermont. We focus on producing expressive beers, curating thoughtful experiences, and building community through music, art, and hospitality.

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and creative marketing professional to lead brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and creative project management across Foam Brewers and related ventures. This person will work closely with our production, sales, and creative teams to ensure that every touchpoint, from beer releases and packaging to events and digital content, authentically reflects who we are.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead brand strategy and storytelling across all marketing channels.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for beer releases, events, and collaborations.
• Manage project timelines and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain brand consistency across Foam Brewers, Deep City, and partner brands.
• Build and oversee marketing calendars aligning with production and sales goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Support sales through marketing materials, distributor communication tools, and POS assets.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Content Creator, Designer, and external artists.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

General:

• 2–5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or project management. Ideally within craft beer, CPG, hospitality, and/or lifestyle industries.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Experience with campaign development, creative briefs, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Passion for craft beer, design, and community culture.

• CMS Web Platforms (Webflow, Shopify, etc)
• User experience, web design, & development

Traditional Advertising

• Print Media, Outdoor Ads, Flyers, Event Signage, etc
• Event / experiential marketing

Creative Collaboration

• Copywriting (Social Media, Email, Blog)
• Art Direction & Designer Management
• Graphic Design Knowledge
• Photography, Videography, & Content Creation
