Corporate Paralegal
to support our legal function, strengthen governance and compliance, and help ensure operational velocity across the platform.

This role is ideal for a detail-driven paralegal who thrives in high-volume, transaction-based environments and understands the importance of speed, accuracy, and risk management.

The Role

As
Corporate Paralegal
, you will support corporate, transactional, and compliance matters across the organization. You will work closely with executive leadership, in-house counsel, and outside legal partners to maintain corporate records, manage contracts, and support multi-state operations as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain corporate records, entity documentation, and governance materials across multiple states
  • Assist with entity formation, dissolution, and restructuring as the business expands
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and internal legal documents
  • Support real estate transactions by coordinating documentation, due diligence materials, and closing requirements
  • Track compliance requirements, filings, and deadlines to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Manage relationships and coordination with outside counsel, registered agents, and service providers
  • Organize and maintain contract management systems and legal document repositories
  • Support employment-related documentation, policies, and contractor agreements in coordination with leadership
  • Assist with legal research, special projects, and ad-hoc requests from executive leadership

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a corporate or real estate paralegal
  • Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-state organizations preferred
  • Familiarity with real estate transactions, contracts, and corporate governance
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with executives, attorneys, and external partners
  • Proficiency with contract management systems and document platforms
