Parts Counter Sales Associate

Overview:

KIA of South Austin is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified PARTS COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
  • Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
  • Provide price quotes
  • Maintain cash drawer
  • Pull and fill orders from stock
  • Assist with other departmental duties as needed
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • FCA / Chrysler experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers on the phone as well as in person
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
