Your Role on the Team

Position Summary:

Under general direction, the incumbent performs a specific range of high level analytical and administrative functions critical to risk management and regulatory operations. Responsibilities include: (1) management of the General Liability program. (2) investigation of Employment Practices Liability cases. (3) supports regulatory affairs efforts in survey preparedness and onsite regulatory investigations as delegated. Assists Director and Managers with other projects as assigned.

Ability to develop written summaries and reports and author letters to external contacts Excellent judgment for decision-making requirements Excellent PC skills to design and maintain custom databases, produce reports, and capture and manipulate data Demonstrated experience working with physicians, faculty, managers and/or high-level administrative staff to accomplish established outcomes Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in risk management or regulatory compliance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System 3 years' experience in risk management or healthcare regulatory compliance Preferred Qualifications:
