Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of human resources management principles and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplace environment.

Duties

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Utilize HR software such as Paychex and Workday for employee management and payroll processing.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Assist in conflict management and resolution among employees to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Support employee onboarding processes and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management on performance management and employee development programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
  • Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment outreach.
  • Participate in project management initiatives related to HR programs and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in human resources roles, particularly in recruiting and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HR software such as Paychex, Workday, or similar systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit effectively.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies to support HR initiatives.
  • Exceptional conflict management skills with the ability to navigate sensitive situations diplomatically.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on interpersonal relations.
  • Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
