We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our growing dealership. If you love helping people, keep things running smoothly, and enjoy the fast-paced energy of the automotive world, this role is for you

What You'll Do

As our Receptionist, you'll be the first face and voice of our company—setting the tone for every visitor and caller. You'll be the key player in creating a warm, professional, and organized front office experience that reflects our values and culture.

  • Greet & Assist Customers.
  • Takes Inbound Phone Calls.
  • Receives Cash, Check, and Credit Payments & Reconciles at Day's End.
  • Assists Service Customers with Check Out.
  • Provide Clerical Assistance to All Departments, As Needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • A warm, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortability using phones, computers, and basic office software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who can work independently when needed.

Education & Experience:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience with handling inbound phone calls.
  • Will train the right person.
