- New Mexico Administrative License or eligibility
- Master's Degree with hours in Education Administration
- Minimum of three (3) years teaching experience
- Assistant Principal or Instructional Coach experience preferred
- Knowledge of elementary school curriculum and instruction
- Evidence of leadership ability necessary for improvement of instruction
- Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
- Ability to manage budget and personnel
- Ability to implement policy and procedures
- Ability to interpret data
- Knowledge of special programs including Special Education and Title I
- Demonstrated communication and public relations skills
- Ability to perform essential job functions and job task requirements
