We are growing in the state of Idaho and looking for a motivated Sales rep who can merchandise as well as deliver wines and spirits, to add to our team in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas on a part-time basis with the potential of full-time. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated go-getter with the ability to grow and nurture a territory.

In the role of Sales at ANW, you'll play a key role in building lasting relationships, sharing stories, and helping businesses navigate the complex world of wine, spirits, and other beverages. You'll be responsible for servicing current accounts while actively driving growth by adding new clients through regular face-to-face visits, emails, phone calls, and text messages each week.

In the role of Delivery/Merchandiser you will be responsible for making deliveries and merchandising product. If you're ready to make an impact and take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you To succeed in this role, you'll need a reliable personal vehicle capable of safely transporting 15–30 cases of wine. We recommend an SUV, van, or pickup truck with a canopy, as these vehicles best support the physical demands of the position. ANW provides mileage and phone reimbursement as part of our commitment to supporting your work in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1+ year wine industry experience
• Strong customer service and relationship building
• Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must be 21+ years or older
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Route Sales
• In-person service of assigned accounts guided by the CRM
• Building authentic connections with business owners and decision-makers
• Presenting and selling new products
• Meeting or exceeding weekly KPIs, including in-person sales calls, active accounts, and revenue targets
• Adapting and pivoting within a changing industry to meet business needs
• Prospecting new and inactive accounts
• Ability to troubleshoot any customer service issues
• Review daily delivery schedule to ensure accounts are delivered accurately
• Pick up orders from dock
• Check orders prior to loading vehicle
• Check-in product with customer, collecting payment and adjusting invoices as needed
• Merchandise product and build displays as needed in retail locations
• Confirm delivery status on the road using ANW proprietary software
• Complete daily deliveries/collect payment from a variety of customers
• Abide by company standards and safety policies and follow state driving laws
• Reconcile driver packets, returns and refusals upon return to Accounting
• Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• On the road driving
• In-person visits to grocery stores, bars and restaurants
• Standing, walking, for long periods of time
• Reading and writing using a computer, tablet, and/or smartphone
• Pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 75 pounds
• Walk up and down stairs while carrying up to 75 pounds

SALARY RANGE: $18-$20 per hour Driving and Merchandising. Commission on sales (8-10%), plus allowance and bonus potential
