CLPN or CMA

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Licensed Practical Nurse (CLPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. We are a fast paced primary care office. Experience with Epic a plus. No holidays, nights or weekends.

Duties

• Perform patient intake assessments and document medical histories accurately
• Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature
• Administer medications following physician orders and safety protocols
• Utilize EHR systems for documentation and medical record management
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and post-care instructions
• Support physicians during examinations and minor procedures in clinic
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to hospital protocols and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a CLPN or CMA with current licensure or registration
• Proficiency with EHR systems and medical administrative support tasks
• Ability to perform basic life support (BLS) certification is required
• Excellent patient service skills with compassionate communication abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments including outpatient clinics or
• Prior experience in internal medicine or clinic settings is preferred
